Finding out an ideal exercise to burn fat is so necessary that you can lose weight effectively. Exercise helps burn fat, increase your metabolism, build more active metabolic muscle tissues, make your diet more efficient. Green tea, hoodia will work more effectively with exercise. However, there are exercises help burn more fat than the others. And it is up to you to choose your right exercise. This post is about two kinds of exercise: Low intensity and high intensity exercises.
Low-Intensity Cardio Exercises
Low intensity exercises burn more calories from fat than high intensity ones. However, they just helps burn fat when you do exercises. When you stop, no more calories will be burn. In addition, they reduce fatigue and suitable for people who have problems with cardiovascular system, asthma.
1. Walking
This is so simple and easy to do. After a long and hard day, walking through the park with your dog is a ideal form of exercise to release stress, burn some calories and to help you fall asleep easier. Just remember, walk for 30 minutes, not less than that.
2. Jogging
With a good pair of shoes, you can do the best and the cheapest exercise for your heath. If a person weighing 145 pounds were to run for 30 minutes, he or she could burn up to 300 calories.
3. Cycling
Cycling is my favorite choice. You can do cycling with a stationary bike or to go outside. I think it is better to go outside with your bicycle, breath some fresh air, press the pedals, and burn. All we do many indoor things, and they are so boring.
High Intensity Exercises
Even high intensity exercises burn less calories from fat than low intensity ones, they still burn for about 24 hours after you finish exercising. Moreover, they help increase the metabolism and build more muscle. Muscle tissues are active metabolic tissues, they need calories to maintain themselves, and they will burn even you do nothing. So the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn.
1. Sprinting
I love sprinting because it burn more and take less time. You can read HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training to learn more. I usually do sprinting with my treadmill. You can do with you treadmill or find a small road about 100 meters long to do your sprinting. If you are still a children, you should do sprinting because it gives enough stress to you legs that make them longer, and releases HGH (Human Growth Hormone) which makes you grow and also help boost the metabolic rate.
2. Spinning
Enroll in a spin class and enjoy the benefits of cycling in a group setting. You will navigate hills, valleys, and different rates of speed while on a stationary bike. Participants listen to music and get the guidance of a qualified instructor as well.
3. Jumping Rope
This simple form of exercise is a very effective option for burning fat. By jumping rope for 20-30 minutes, you will get the benefits of a total-body workout. Not only you will increase your endurance, but also you will improve your eye-hand co-ordination, agility, and hand and foot speed.
