Place these 2 important pictures on your front door… Place a picture of how you look now before you start your weight loss plan on your front door (this picture will remind you every time you open your front door of why you're trying to lose weight and it'll keep you focused on losing weight) and the 2nd picture you put on your front door will be a picture of how you want to look after you lose weight (this is the motivational picture) and this picture could be an old picture of your skinny self when you were in high school or it could be a picture of another person or celebrity you want to look like after you lose weight.

6. Hang out with skinny people because here's the scary truth... If you hang out with 9 fat people -- You'll probably end up being the 10th but.. . If you hang out with 9 skinny people -- you'll probably end up being the 10th skinny person by picking up their tips & habits for getting and staying skinny and… This doesn't mean you should get rid of your friends who’re overweight but you also shouldn't let their bad habits ruin your weight loss plans.
